Key Features of the X-Series Wide Deck Haulers with Drive Over Fenders
• Heavy Duty Box Steel Tube Frame Construction, including All Cross Members. Providing a stronger, more structurally rigid chassis than trailers built with C-Channel, without the extra weight. Just say no to flimsy Angle Iron framed trailers.
• Fabricated on a Precision Jig, for maximum frame alignment, accuracy and repeatability. Not built on makeshift stands spread out across an uneven floor. The end result is you get a trailer that is square, properly aligned, that tows straight with less drag and even tire wear.
• Super Heavy Duty Drive Over Fenders with Center Support. Laser cut and press formed from thick steel diamond plate. Not light gauge fenders simply reinforced with angle iron. These are true drive over fenders.
• Extra Wide Hidden Rear Pull Out Ramps. A full 18"wide. Much wider than standard ramps offered by others.
• Flush Mount LED Lighting. Very bright and long lasting with no lights sticking out vulnerable to impact. All D.O.T. Legal.
• Wiring securely routed through metal tubing and joined with high quality, weather proof, heat sealed connectors, eliminating failure due to corrosion and wire breakage. Including a sealed junction box and 7 blade molded plug.
• Screw fastened, treated wood decks with fully captured ends to prevent curling, but still maintaining ability to change out wood without any cutting or welding. ( Full Diamond Plate Steel Decks also available )
• Prior To Final Assembly. Every trailer is fully painted, top and bottom, with a true 2 Part Poly-Urethane Industrial coating, providing an extremely durable, long lasting finish. Our standard color is our very own exclusive Worxs Charcoal Metallic Gray with Jet Black fenders.
